Our Policy...
We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. To be respectful of our therapists' time and ensure others have access to appointments, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule requests.
Cancellation Notice:
24 hours or more notice: We appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible. There is no cancellation fee in this instance. You can reschedule your appointment for another time that works for you.
Less than 24 hours notice: We require a cancellation fee of 75% of the scheduled service fee. Please note, all cancellation fees are non-refundable.
No Shows:
If you miss your appointment entirely (no call, no show), you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service fee. To reschedule after a no show, we require advance payment of the full scheduled service fee and the cancellation fee where applicable. Please note, all fees associated with no shows are non-refundable.
Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies can arise. In extenuating circumstances, we may waive the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss.
How to Cancel or Reschedule:
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling us at 551-579-4736 or emailing us at restorativeselfcare@gmail.com. Please note that voicemails are not considered sufficient notification for cancellation.
